■楽曲解説

歌手Superflyの代表曲「愛を込めて花束を」。この曲はSuperflyがデビューする前からLIVEで歌っていた曲でもあります。2008年に放送されたTBS系金曜ドラマ「エジソンの母」の主題歌にもなり大ヒットしました。
この曲を作るにあたり、Superflyこと越智志帆さんは実際に大切な人に花束を贈ってその時の心情を歌詞にしたのだとか。圧倒的な歌唱力と共感を呼ぶ歌詞が高い人気を呼び、発表から時間が経った今でも「ブライダルソングの定番」として愛されています。

■アレンジ内容(解説：奥野祐樹)

一見穏やかに見えるかもしれませんが、実はとっても熱いエネルギーが込められた曲です。サビに入ったら特に感情たっぷりでちょうど良いぐらいかもしれません。バリトンサックスが主導して、テンポは全体に遅くなっていかないように要注意です。実は結構長い曲ですので、後半までテンションを保つためには細かい設計が大事だと思います。楽譜にも書き込んでありますが、音量バランスは実際の演奏の中で上手にコントロールして作っていってみてください！

■Program Note

Superfly's signature song, “Ai wo Komeshimu Hanabusa wo” (With Love, a Bouquet of Flowers). This song was also the song that Superfly had been singing at LIVE before her debut. It was also the theme song for the TBS Friday drama “Edison's Mother” broadcast in 2008 and became a big hit. In writing this song, Shiho Ochi, aka Superfly, actually sent a bouquet of flowers to her loved one and wrote the lyrics based on her feelings at that time. The song's overwhelming vocal ability and sympathetic lyrics have made it very popular, and it is still loved as a “standard bridal song” even after many years have passed since its release.

At first glance, the song may seem calm, but it is actually filled with very passionate energy. It may be just about right, especially when you get to the chorus, which is full of emotion. The baritone saxophone takes the lead, and the tempo should be careful not to slow down the whole song. It is actually quite a long song, so it is important to have a detailed design to keep the tension until the second half.
